product came in exactly as advertised but there was an issue with one of the wires that appeared to have been pinched during packaging/shipping and needed to be replaced.
i explained my issue and they offered to fix them for free, keep it and receive a partial refund, or return the item and receive a full refund.
respected time and money and i was able to negotiate a partial refund. if i need to, i will buy from here again!
